The role is responsible for ensuring that HR systems and processes are able to deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights and detailed analysis in all areas of HR, which in turn steer key decisions made regarding the HR strategy and Business Strategy.
You will act as the subject matter expert on SAP OM and HR systems.
You will build and maintain relationships with business partners and IT to create strategic reporting solutions.

You will perform analyses including quantitative and qualitative approaches.
You will perform analysis of data to meet HR needs and to aid in the decision making.
You will collaborate with the Talent and Workforce planning team in delivery of data.

You will identify opportunities to integrate between data bases and reporting tools to improve reporting; seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within the reporting/data analysis spectrum.
You will ensure organizational integrity by providing professional organizational maintenance and change administration on SAP HR.
You will be accountable for the continued optimisation & customization of SAP HR reporting is required, as a basis for credible business reporting and trend assessments.
You will be responsible for all BMW SA authorisations on SAP HRP, using the SAP Decentral User Administration module.
You will be the first contact for new HR Systems, Systems landscape and input to Global Strategy.
Lastly you will steer and drive the automation of processes, identification of potentials and interface for global activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Computer Science or related quantitative field.
5+ years of experience working in a data analytics environment, with proven ability to deliver high quality data.
5+ years of experience of performing queries, developing reports and visualizations.
Exceptional ability to visually present and communicate data, analyses, and findings.
Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of data and the organization structure, including impacts to data/metrics due to changes in organizational structure.
Demonstrated relationship management skills/experience including the ability to communicate and influence at the senior leader level.
Proven data orientation and analytic skills, as well as, the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results, arrive at logical conclusions, and recommend solutions; inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting.
Ability to translate strategy into specific goals, tactics and deliverables.
