Customer Care Agent (Fixed Term Contract)

Mrp money is looking for a self –motivated, passionate and energetic Customer Support Representative to join their fast-paced team.
The Customer Support Respresentative will be responsible for resolving all customer queries, that come through the various channels of communication within the customer support call centre. The Representative will respond to customer queries, while being brand focused and portraying a good image of the company. The key focus of this role will be ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient actions to any queries.
Maintain and update customer queries received via the various communication channels.
Record accurate information and undate customer details on the various platforms used within the Customer Care call centre.
Resolves product or service queries – by clarifying the customer’s query or complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the query or problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Ensure that the M Price Money standards are adhered to when dealing with customer calls and correspondence.
Ensure quality, friendly, consistent interaction when dealing with customers.
Respond to and action all customer communication received through the various channels; web, email, fax and post within the allotted time periods.
Deal efficiently and accurately with all queries and complaints from customers or stores, and ensuring they are timeously resolved.

Ensure an understanding of the various functional areas of the business and how each of these contribute to the implementation of the company strategy.
1-2 years customer care experience.
Knowledge of the National Credit Act (NCA), Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI), ICASA regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English (Written & verbal).
Computer literacy (MS Office)
